Dr Peter Walsh is a medical practitioner with significant experience as a Chief Medical Officer in the not-for-profit sector. Peter, a co-founder of www.covidgp.com.au was also a member of the establishment team of First Peoples' Health and Wellbeing, a new, independent Aboriginal health service in Melbourne.
Peter, who has a PhD in molecular and cell biology is a pragmatic and realistic thinker with a background in political strategy. Peter has extensive experience in strategic planning, organisational change and system design.
Peter's expertise is sought after by Government led expert advisory groups, Royal Commissions and clinical advisory committees.
Peter has a kind and respectful approach, can explain complex ideas to all audiences and provides our clients with creative, objective and practical solutions.
Erin Manderson

Erin Manderson is an innovative and dynamic executive team member with ten years’ experience in the not-for-profit primary health care sector. As part of the establishment team of the newest Aboriginal health service in Melbourne for 16 years and co-founder of www.covidgp.com.au, Erin has also worked at the local, state and national levels managing complex projects.
Erin has a proven record of managing teams of people, effectively communicating ideas to a range of audiences and strong stakeholder management including with staff on the ground, executive level and boards.
Erin is very approachable and a strategic thinker who is currently completing her Juris Doctor. Erin works with clients to genuinely listen and understand their needs and ensures a smooth handover of work, always on time and completed to the highest quality.
